The BI&A Cloud Migration Playbook provides a comprehensive guide for effectively managing large-scale migrations to the cloud. It emphasizes project governance, defining rules, boundaries, and plans for successful migration.

The playbook spans five phases:

1) Evaluate, where we assess team readiness, discover your environment, and gather

insight about your application.

2) Plan, where we analyze the data collected and come up with recommendation forwarding

using one of the 7Rs of migration.

3) Design, where we take your approved migration methods and design a successful

migration plan.

4) Migrate, where we gather artifacts, processes, procedures, rollback plan, etc. and submit

to change control board for approval to implement and cutover.

5) Optimize where we work with you on monitoring, process improvement, and optimization.
