Medical Coverage
We offer several options for medical coverage to allow employees to choose the plan that meets their needs. These choices include either a traditional medical plan or a high-deductible plan with a health savings account option.

Dental Coverage
BI&A offers dental coverage to help employees and their families pay for dental care and orthodontic services.

Flexible Spending Accounts
BI&A offers a health care flexible spending account and a dependent care flexible spending account to allow individuals to pay for eligible health care expenses (including many over-the-counter medications) and dependent care expenses (including child and elder care) on a pretax basis, which helps reduce income taxes.
Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
To protect employees and their families in the event of death or serious injury, BI&A automatically provides basic life and basic AD&D. Employees also have the option to purchase additional life insurance for themselves, their spouse or dependent children.
Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance
Employees automatically receive basic short-term and long-term disability insurance.
Retirement Benefits
BI&A helps employees plan for their future by offering a competitive retirement benefit program to supplement Social Security benefits and personal savings. Eligible employees will be automatically enrolled in the BI&A plan for purposes of receiving company contributions. BI&A offers a 401(k) plan with a non-contributory company contribution. An eligible employee is not required to make any contributions in order to receive the company contribution.
Paid time off
Employees accrue personal leave annually which can be used for vacation, personal holidays and for family or personal illness. Unused leave is cumulative.
Holidays
BI&A provides paid time off for 11 standard holidays. Floating holiday time can be used for such needs as religious holidays, birthdays, special events, or any other reason that an employee chooses.
Leave With Pay
Employees receive time off with pay for jury duty and temporary military service. We also support employees’ familial obligations with paid leave for new parents as well as bereavement leave.
