BI&A has built our expert technical understanding and application of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLM) by developing big data analytic software systems across the Intelligence Community (IC). We also fund and staff an internal research lab, hosted in the AWS cloud, where we develop prototype systems in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), NLP, GenAI, DevSecOps, MLOps, Cloud, and Cyber Extraction. Partnered with the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center (GAIIC), we created a GenAI working pilot to address real-world intelligence analyst challenges. We designed our use case to align with the intelligence analyst’s workflow, aiming to enhance efficiency and automate as much of the workflow as we could.

Because most of our customers’ missions execute in hybrid cloud environments, we are expanding our pilot to allow more data sources, extend our use of open source LLMs, and incorporate open APIs. This expanded open-source framework supports tool chains, such as LangChain and LlamaIndex, to orchestrate and connect prompts for document analysis, summarization, conversational chat, Q&A, and data extraction.

Leverage BI&A’s experience in AI/ML, GenAI, Data Management, and cyber extraction. This GenAI  framework can use for any other areas/fields with little customization.
